Ces th\u00e8mes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 choisis en fonction des probl\u00e8mes soulev\u00e9s en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, et en particulier au Nicaragua, par la prise en compte des situations de victimisation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0.5em; Une quarantaine d\u2019experts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s&#8230;<br \/>\nEn 2011, le 2\u00e8me Congreso de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses a montr\u00e9 l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat que manifestait non seulement le Nicaragua mais aussi toute l\u2019Am\u00e9rique Centrale, voire l\u2019Am\u00e9rique Latine pour la psychotraumatologie c\u2019est \u00e0 dire pour la recherche et le travail clinique dans la prise en compte des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de violence et de leur impact chez les individus&#8230;La mission pour laquelle j\u2019avais \u00e9t\u00e9 sollicit\u00e9e et pour laquelle j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 soutenue par l\u2019Ambassade de France semble avoir atteint son objectif. 600 personnes \u00e9taient attendues \u00e0 ce congr\u00e8s, il y en eu plus de 1100 d\u2019apr\u00e8s les organisateurs.Et m\u00eame au del\u00e0, apr\u00e8s ce Congr\u00e8s, la coop\u00e9ration pourrait se renforcer car nous avons re\u00e7u plusieurs demandes pr\u00e9cises :<br \/>\n1 &#8211; Formation en psychotraumatologie, pendant deux semaines en f\u00e9vrier 2012, pour les juges, les \u00ab fiscales \u00bb, les avocats, les juristes&#8230; Demande re\u00e7ue de la Cour Supr\u00eame et relay\u00e9e par le Dr Duarte.<br \/>\n2 &#8211; Cr\u00e9ation du deuxi\u00e8me Postgrado Superior de psychotraumatologie pour les psychiatres, les psychologues, les m\u00e9decins l\u00e9gistes &#8230; du Nicaragua. Demande re\u00e7ue directement de l\u2019UNICA pendant le Congr\u00e8s et confirm\u00e9e par le Dr Duarte.<br \/>\n3 &#8211; Cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un Dipl\u00f4me Universitaire de Sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 en M\u00e9decine L\u00e9gale avec le concours du Pr Duarte Nuno Vieira du Portugal. Ce dipl\u00f4me comporterait deux semaines de psychotraumatologie \u00e0 assurer par nous. Demande du Dr Z Duarte.<br \/>\n4 &#8211; Module d&rsquo;approfondissement au diagnostic et au traitement du psychotrauma pour les experts psychiatres et psychologues form\u00e9s en 2010 et d\u2019une dur\u00e9e d\u2019environ deux semaines.<br \/>\n5 &#8211; Projet d\u2019\u00e9crire tout le cours \u00e0 traduire en espagnol pour la diffusion en Am\u00e9rique Latine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0.5em; margin-bottom: 0.5em; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/>\nTous ces projets ont bien s\u00fbr mon assentiment. Ils sont \u00e0 inclure dans l\u2019\u00e9thique qui nous anime depuis le d\u00e9but de la coop\u00e9ration avec le Nicaragua et qui est la base de notre association FMCSF.<br \/>\nNotre but est de transmettre et partager un savoir et un savoir-faire clinique qui r\u00e9sultent de plusieurs ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience pour former des experts dans l\u2019optique suivante :<br \/>\n\u00ab. &#8230; si apporter une aide ponctuelle n\u2019est pas n\u00e9gligeable, il m\u2019est apparu \u00e9vident qu\u2019il \u00e9tait plus important de former des experts locaux. Ces experts pourront ensuite assurer et la prise en charge des traumas et la formation de nouveaux personnels.
